Lovely one night stay in this B&B not far from Norwich and wroxham. Accommodation spacious,clean and welcoming. We were warmly welcomed by a very bubbly young lady who gave us a complimentary full English for the next morning. (which was 10/10) Room was adjacent to the car park converted out building with old beams. Soft towels,clean bedding with good pillows, mattress a little thin but did sleep well. Would stay here again.

The breakfast was wonderful! A full hot English breakfast served at 9:00 a.m. cheerfully. The room was not as large as I had reserved but the staff made it work out. The staff were wonderful!. Very helpful. We didn't know that it wasn't located directly in Norwich and the owner drove us to the bus station every morning and picked us up every evening, quite cheerfully and free of charge. The food at the pub was very good as well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was lovely, ground floor, ideal for those not able to climb stairs. Room was very clean. Food in the bar was lovely, good size meals and lots of variety to suit everyone.

The room was clean,tidy,cosy,well presented. Comfortable,pleasant stay.Food was delicious,good portions, plenty of out door seating for food or drink,real good curb appeal.Staff were friendly,polite,and very helpful,would recommend to family and friends.would definitely stay again.

Rooms separate from a gorgeous pub, surprisingly peaceful and quiet. Great breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Perfect for a dog too.

Perfect location for a wedding I attended 2 seconds down the road. Great food, had dinner and then the delicious breakfast.

Genuinely the friendliest staff and so so welcoming! Wonderful full english breakfast provided for us the next morning which was DELICIOUS. I think this has to be the best b n b in Norwich !

Room was a converted annex so easy access onto the pub field and car park for the dog. But also easy access to the pub that was v welcoming and did good food all day.

Friendly cosy pub with good value pub meals. The Booking. com site does not mention anything about breakfast. However, a hearty full English was available at no extra cost.

Comfortable bed, nice deco, amazing staff/owner, friendly atmosphere, distance from the pub, sufficient heating (it was cold night)
